Shipping policy

Processing Time
As a handmade small business, orders will be shipped out as soon as the product is completed. Please allow for 3-4 days for your order to be shipped out.

Shipping Rates
All rates are calculated based on your final destination and shipping methode. 

Customs/Duties Fees
Customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that apply once the package leaves our facility. I recommend checking your country's customs fees to avoid unexpected charges.

Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will recieve an email confirmation with your tracking number

Lost Packages
Please note, although I care for every single piece I create, I am unfortunately not responsible for any lost packages once handed off to the mail carrier.
